The app says dual-camera is not supported on my device.
Simultaneous front and rear camera recording requires iPhone XS (2018) or later. Older devices are not supported.
Where are my recordings saved?
Sessions are saved privately on your device in the app's library. They are not uploaded anywhere and do not appear in your Photos app until you choose to export.
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open ReactMe → Settings (gear icon) → Restore Purchases. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in to that account.
The recording stopped automatically.
Free users have a 30-second recording limit. Upgrade to ReactMe Pro for up to 90 seconds per session.
How do I delete a session?
In the Library, press and hold a session card (or swipe left) to reveal the Delete option. This permanently removes both video clips from your device.
