1. What Information Do We Collect?

Information You Provide

The Application does not require account creation or registration. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address through the Application.

If you contact us via email (e.g., for support), we will receive whatever information you include in that message.

Device Permissions

The Application requests access to the following device features:

You may revoke these permissions at any time in your device Settings. Revoking them will prevent core app functionality from working.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Application, certain information is collected automatically by our third-party advertising partner (Google AdMob). This may include:

This information is collected by Google on their own behalf for ad serving purposes. The Service Provider does not directly receive or store this data.

Location Information

The Application does not request or collect precise GPS location. Google AdMob may infer an approximate location from your IP address for ad targeting purposes. This is city-level at most and does not constitute precise geolocation.

Artificial Intelligence

The Application uses Apple's Vision framework for on-device face detection to provide recording features. This processing happens entirely on your device. No image, video, or biometric data is transmitted to the Service Provider or any third party as a result of this feature.

Payment Information

The Application offers optional in-app purchases (premium upgrades) through Apple's StoreKit. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details. For information on how Apple handles payment data, see Apple's Privacy Policy.

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

The Service Provider does not use your personal data for direct marketing. Information collected via AdMob is used by Google to:

If you contact us by email, we use that information solely to respond to your inquiry.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, the following legal bases apply to data processing:

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your device's advertising settings or uninstalling the Application.

4. When and With Whom Do We Share Information?

The Service Provider does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared in the following limited circumstances:

5. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

The Service Provider is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

6. International Data Transfers

The Application is operated from the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, please be aware that information collected via third-party services (Google AdMob) may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission as the legal mechanism for these transfers. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

The Service Provider does not maintain a database of user information. Videos and recordings created in the Application are stored locally on your device and remain under your control.

Information collected automatically by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's data retention policies.

If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence for as long as necessary to address your inquiry, and no longer than 24 months thereafter.

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using your device's standard uninstall process.

8. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

The Service Provider implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Since video content never leaves your device, the primary security consideration is your device's own security.

Please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access.

9. Do We Collect Information from Minors?

The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us at reactmesupport@gmail.com and we will take prompt steps to delete such information.

10. Your Privacy Rights

All Users

European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To exercise these rights, contact us at reactmesupport@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Because most data is collected by Google AdMob rather than by us directly, we recommend also contacting Google directly for requests related to ad data.

California Residents (CalOPPA)

Under California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), California users may:

The Service Provider does not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

11. Do-Not-Track Features

Most mobile operating systems do not include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. When a DNT signal is present, the Application does not alter its data collection behavior, as the primary data collection is performed by Google AdMob, which has its own DNT handling policies.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" on your iOS device under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
